It is our goal to deliver your order as efficiently as possible. Smaller orders are typically shipped First Class or Priority through the United States Postal Service (USPS), while larger orders are shipped using standard ground rates through the United Parcel Service (UPS) - when a street address is available.
The cost of shipping your products will be displayed on the order screen, prior to the final step of submitting your order. Customers are charged shipping & handling according to a formula based on the total weight and size of the package, taking into consideration the shipment’s destination.
Orders above a certain size to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are subject to higher shipping costs than the costs shown on the order screen, due to the lack of ground transportation. These orders are typically shipped First Class through the United States Post Office, and the additional cost of shipping (in addition to what is shown) is based on U.S. Postal rates to those areas. International Shipping and Handling:
International customers are important to us!
For shipment to countries other than the United States, we by default use AIR MAIL. This is the most efficient method of delivery for our international customers, as it avoids the kind of delays that arise with other shipping methods (sometimes 2-3 months). The U.S. Post Office recommends customers should expect 1 to 2 weeks for delivery, once the package has been shipped.
We charge AIR MAIL according to the prevailing market rate, which is based on weight and the destination country. The customer should also be aware of a charge upon delivery - a fee or tax levied by the local government. This may be in the form of a duty, sales tax, and/or brokerage fee. Typically the local post office or courier will collect this from the customer upon delivery.

Impact Christian Books can receive returns of books or booklets within 30 days of the date originally shipped to the customer. In order to return books or booklets, the items must be received by Impact in new condition and not marked or bent. We cannot, unfortunately, accept returns of CDs, DVDs or Videos.
Our mailing address is listed on the "Contact Us" section on our website. Please include a note explaining how the item was ordered, reason for return, and include your name, address and phone number. Also, please package returns with padding for the shipment so that the items arrive in new condition.
